DELIVERIES
We endeavour to have all orders despatched within 48 hours of receiving the order, subject to payment and all items being in stock.
Should any item be temporarily out of stock we will contact you by email or phone and let you know the estimated delivery date.
If you would like an order urgently please don’t hesitate to call us and we will do whatever we can to make it happen!

RETURNS
We aim for you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have any questions or queries we are on hand Mon-Sat 10am - 5pm to help you - just call us on 01628 773848 - whether it is a fitting query or returns question.
We accept returns for refund or exchange up to 14 days from the date of invoice for UK and Europe, 21 days for the Rest of the World. This means the items must reach us within that time.
If you would like to exchange or return an item please call us on 01628 773848 Mon-Sat 10am -5pm or email sales@wyldboutique.com. We aim to respond to emails within 24 hours (unless it is Saturday evening in which case it will be Monday morning!). We will then give you a returns code. Items sent without this code will not be accepted.

Returned items should be sent with all original tags, labels and packaging, unworn and in the same perfect condition in which they were received. Items returned otherwise will not be refunded and returned to the customer.
If you wish to return an item we suggest that you send it recorded or special delivery as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post.
Customers must accept the postage costs for returned items and initial delivery costs are not refunded. |
